Cancelation Policy

COVID-19 Update: We continue to offer massage services under hygiene practices to unsure a safe environment for you and for us in clinic. Our therapists are fully committed to the above procedures and will be subject to the aboe daily screening. If you have recently returned from overseas, have flue-like symptoms or think they may have been in contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus, should contact our shop immidiately to discuss rescheduling options. ​Late policy: We request that you arrive 5-10minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late and we have appointment immediately after, your therapist may only be able offer you your remaining time. ​ Cancellation policy: If you are unable to make the appointment, You may call and leave a message 0478 132 711 to cancel or reschedule your appointment  24 hours in advance. Otherwise, $30 cancellations cost when your next appointment.
